Anyone who has signed in at least once. Pending invitees don't consume a seat until they sign in for the first time, and you can suspend a user without losing their audit history. Tier discounts auto-apply when you pick a bundle.

Yes. Bump your seat bundle up or down at the start of any monthly billing cycle; pro-rated charges or credits handle the difference within the month. The annual project license is decoupled from seats, so shrinking your crew mid-project doesn't end the project.

One license per engineer who uses the AutoCAD plugin or the vision-LLM auditor. Each license is floating across 2 PCs (desktop + laptop is the common pattern). Volume pricing auto-applies as you add engineers: 1 license $500/mo, 2–3 $450 each, 4–6 $400, 7–10 $350. CAD licenses are hard-capped to your seat count — you can't have more CAD engineers than InstallPath seats. Your first CAD license is free for 30 days; no card is pre-charged for that line and auto-billing kicks in on day 31. CAD is fully optional — run InstallPath without it (CSV / manual wire-list entry) and bolt licenses on when your CAD workflow is in scope.

Yes — two overlapping trials. The whole account gets 7 days full access to project + seats; cancel before day 8 and you won't be charged. On top of that, your first CAD extraction license is free for 30 days — that line is not pre-charged and stops being free on day 31. We require a card on file at signup so your account rolls straight into your plan when each trial ends.

On day 8 the account-level trial ends: the annual project license is charged in full and the first month of seats is charged. Additional CAD licenses beyond the first (if you bought 2+) also start billing on day 8. Your first CAD license continues free through day 30 and starts billing at the volume-tier rate on day 31. You keep using your account uninterrupted — nothing migrates, no data is touched.

Card and ACH via Stripe for monthly seats. For project licenses, PO and invoice billing (net-30) are available on request. Enterprise pays via wire transfer.

Yes — your project (drawings, cables, comments, photos, work orders, audit trail) exports to CSV / PDF at any time, from any user with admin permission. Your install data is yours; we retain working copies for 7 years for audit purposes but don't gate the export behind a renewal or a closeout step.
